Below is a location plan showing the extents of a temporary urgent road closure which has been put in place by Cumbria Highways to carry out urgent damage repairs.
These works are due to commence 7th June 2019 and have an approx. duration of one day.
Location: A section of the U1191, Burnrigg from its junction with Sandy Lane for approx. 650m in a south easterly direction.
Alternative Route: via the unrestricted sections of the U1191 (Burnrigg), A69 (via Warwick Bridge), C1026 and the U1192 (via Broadwath).
