Road Closure, Broomfallen Road, Scotby

ROAD CLOSURE SCOTBY

A temporary road closure has been put in place to allow Morrison Telecom Services to carry out utility works which are expected to commence 16th October 2023 and anticipated to take 2 days to complete.

Please see below details of the extents of the closure and alternative route, the relevant legal notice can be viewed at

Location: Broomfallen Road, Scotby, from a point approx. 1km north west of its junction with the B6263 Cumwhinton Road, extending in a northwesterly direction for approx. 270m.

Alternative Route: via the unrestricted sections of Broomfallen Road, the B6263, Steeles Bank, Wetheral and Scotby Road. A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
