Welcome to Wetheral Parish Council

At the other end of the age spectrum, school age children (aged 5 to17) represented just 13% of the population.

Presently 2741 dwellings in Wetheral parish. This will increase over the next 5-10 years by approximately 990 new dwellings. Housing developments are under construction in Scotby, Heads Nook, and Cumwhinton, with a number planned for Wetheral and Durranhill, and an addtional 144 homes in Scotby.
