The St Cuthbert's Garden Village consultation is ending

The St Cuthbert's Garden Village consultation ends on 14th October 2019. Please do take the opportunity to get involved and respond. Although some residents may think it won't directly affect Wetheral Parish, there are concerns that Wetheral and Cumwhinton will see a severe increase in traffic including HGVs, with the B6263 being be used as a cut-through from the A69 to Junction 42. There are also proposals for commercial development on the land at Junction 42, next to the Cumwhinton road.
